The first time you click on the link, you need to first go to your gift page in mafia wars and then click on the link. It will open a tool that you can send multiple gifts with. The first time you do it, a secret key will be generated and stored. Then either enter your friend’s id or go to their profile page and click the button again to bring up the gifting page with their id already entered. Click on the link to switch to loot and you can send multiples easily.
