Tip #1 Energy Timers: Energy bonuses earned from completing the Consigliere and Boss job tiers don’t apply while in Cuba. To get your double bonus and 30 second reduction (if already earned) you need to go back to New York. When you have 30 seconds or less left on your energy timer, go back to New York and you will receive 2 energy and the clock will adjust to New York.
Tip #2 Purchased Weapons: Only purchase the weapons that you need as they deduct money earned from each completed job. When you move to a new job tier, sell weapons that are not needed in the next job tier. This will reduce the penalty substantially. Complete weapon and loot list to follow later.
Tip #3 Leave your Cuban money in the bank.
